What to Expect
As a Holistic Health Coach, I look at the body as a whole. My clients are interested in creating whole health for themselves as well as improving their body's ability to move freely and pain-free in their day to day lives.
Holistic Health is gaining attention and interest worldwide. As people seek alternative answers to their health issues or struggle with finding relief to health symptoms which persist and affect their daily lives, more awareness is being created about alternative ways of looking after our bodies ourselves.
Our bodies are a system of systems. When one thing is not working right it has an effect on the rest of the body. Simply because a certain part of the body is not functioning properly - it is stressed - does not mean that it is the cause of the problem. A symptom in one part of the body may or may not be related to that part, it can also be related to the part that it is communicating with, or responding to another part.
Holistic health care looks at the body as a whole to get to the cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. This approach looks for answers and solutions throughout the systems in order to bring back balance and harmony within the body.
Just as the body is made of many parts and systems, so too is holistic health. There are many sources of knowledge, expertise and experience which can be applied or considered when looking for the right answer for you. The holistic approach considers the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the client. I use the most relevant approach for each individual I see.

Using CHEK nutrition and lifestyle questionnaires I can assess physiological load to guide you to make essential diet and lifestyle changes. I will gather all relevant information using these questionnaires, on-site testing (in person if required) or if necessary specialised lab tests to ascertain the cause of your symptoms.
