We can work together using Skype, the telephone, e-mail or in person. Sessions in person are held at The Whitchurch Clinic Cardiff or Health First Consulting Blackwood.

To start we will have a Free Discovery Session. This is a complimentary 15-minute chat with me. During this consultation, you can find out if my program is right for you. Then we can start the healing process using your bespoke guidance and all natural protocols.

Bespoke Guidance

Your bespoke guidance will include:

  • A full dietary and lifestyle assessment, to uncover the causes of your painful bloating and irregular bowel movements.
  • Learn which foods to eat and what to avoid to eliminate pain quickly and effectively.
  • Learn how simple changes to your lifestyle can give you lasting health without unwanted visits to your GP.
  • Learn which pathogens are living in the gut and how to remove them.

This is a comprehensive approach for the normalisation of gastrointestinal function. This incorporates:

  • The correction of the digestive processes (stomach acid, pancreatic secretions & bile production).
  • Adequate elimination.
  • Restoration of the Gastrointestinal Tract (GIT) microbial balance.

What is IBS?

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common gut disorder. It can affect anyone at any age, with many people suffering and not knowing how to reverse their symptoms. These symptoms include:
