Appropriate Exercise/Movement


Human beings are meant to move, it helps us with detoxifying the body, keeping our bones strong and in correct alignment when done correctly, and creating balance on a mental/emotional and hormonal level when the correct exercise is recommended. It will depend on how much stress your body is under, as to what is appropriate when it comes to exercise.


Mindset - is extremely important when it comes to physical activity.That's why I look at what your goals are and to check if they are in alignment with your values in order that you are fully able to achieve them. If you have any beliefs holding you back then they can also be resolved.


As a Holistic Health Practitioner, I always look at the body as a whole. The body is a system of systems and when one thing is not in balance it has an effect on the rest of the body. So whether you are looking to get out of pain, improve your golf, stress less or have some post rehabilitation exercise, I can help; motivating you on your journey by devising workout plans with exercise variety. By keeping track of your workouts, I can ensure we always progress and work towards your goal. For your 1 to 1 sessions, I have a room at The Whitchurch Clinic, Cardiff.
