The body is continually giving us signals if something isn't right, however, if they go unrecognised or are ignored then they can turn into something more serious. Symptoms can be the last warning signs that you're having a health issue, after all, a heart attack is the first symptom of cardiovascular disease. So, symptoms are those bigger alarm bells, your body asking you to provide the respect and nourishment it needs to repair, rebuild and regenerate healthy cells so the body can one again be well and abundant with energy.
According to the World Health Organisation wellness is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
A lot of health conditions experienced are lifestyle induced, that means that it's your choices that had led you to experience that condition. There may be a genetic weak link, however, it has more to do with your life choices stressing the body and therefore turning that gene for that illness on.
